Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Q: Do you accept payment other than credit card?

A: You can pay for orders with a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. You can also pay with PayPal and PayPal Credit.

Q. How can I email Customer Service?

A: The best way to contact Customer Service by email is to fill out a Contact Us form. Find your selected topic and it will be routed to the appropriate department automatically.

Q: What is the fastest way to find what I need?

A: Click on the Search box on the Home Page and type in a keyword.

Q: What do I do if I received the wrong product?

A: When there is a shipping discrepancy, we will honor them if they are reported to us within 12 business days of the delivery.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders that are placed after 3 pm EST Standard time will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
